New cabinets and granite counter tops are almost always included in today’s remodeling projects. This project not only had them in the kitchen and bathroom areas, we also placed a custom hutch in the hallway adjacent to the kitchen.
This provided a classy architectural element as well as additional cabinet space, which is always welcome in condos. The custom hutch included the same granite, cabinets and hardware as the kitchen.
Today’s new kitchens also typically include new stainless steel appliances. This project wasn’t any different however we also included stainless steel for the back splashes behind the counter tops and stove, once again complimenting the overall look.
The stainless steel back splashes also allow for easy and simple cleaning. It’s always nice when form and function are both maximized in one element.
After 23 days of focused execution we completed the project and once again proved the naysayers wrong. Were we concerned if we could make the deadline? Absolutely however, we were also very confident that it could be done.

Janelle and her husband John were absolutely wonderful to work for. We especially appreciated the fresh supply of bottled water and snacks. The newly upgraded unit is still available for rent if anyone is interested.
